Can I get samples free?
We offer samples free, especially New Products for New Customers and New Region Clients. You can DM our servers online for further information.
How do I know your products are original and brand new?
We guarantee products from our company are original and brand new. We are the key distributor of Huawei, ZTE, and Fiberhome, who get special offers and technical support from them. Each model has an S/N number and we will send you the S/N list to you after shipping. You will get competitive prices and professional technical support.
Could you design for us?
Yes, we support adding artwork like printing graphs, logos, etc. for you, if you provide your original design content to us that would be great.
How can we place orders?
Confirm PI — Got the deposit — Arrange production/delivery After we made an agreement on the product's parameters, we will make a proforma invoice for your confirmation. When we got your advance payment (deposit) we will arrange the production and delivery. If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to deliver goods. if not, then when the goods arrived at the Destination port, you must find a ship-forwarder to help you clear the custom.
How about the shipping?
For small orders, we will send goods by International Express like HK FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS. Usually, it takes about 7 workdays to arrive. For large quantities we will ship via Ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive. For urgent orders, you can select shipping by Air, but the freight charge will be more expensive.
